How often should we pitch to our email list?
Frustrated and Having lots of problem on building the list,
One of my subscribers email me and writes:
“Paul, I don’t know what to say, I am just so frustrated. I don’t make any money or get any sales. I do social media and buy solo ads, and I send email frequently, but still, cannot make any sale. How often do you send email to your list?”
That was a good question but hard to answer. Overall, I do not count how many emails I sent to the subscriber. I just make sure every email I sent I provide the value.
If I have time to give more values, then I will send more email; if I don’t have time, I will send less. I want to make sure every email I send is not just a sales pitch but a value, an educational, a personal development, economic guidance, technical sharing that the subscriber can benefit from it.
An email with the call to action every where is a stereo type of used car salesman that chasing after you asking you how is your decision? I don’t like other to do that to me, so I won’t do that to my subscribers. I only want people to buy from me or other affiliate product because they want to not because I pressure them to do it.
So how to make money from the list and don’t sounds like a used car salesman?
As mention above, one of the secrets I do is to freely pitch as many time as needed with build in values in every pitch.
Remember, you are offering a solution to a problem that bothers them, or a potential solution to their future problem.
If your solution makes their problem goes away, are you feel obligated to pitch them more?
With this mind set and action plan, I believe your subscriber will even thank you for you when you pitch them.
If you still don’t know how to pitch without sounding like a used car salesman?
